Tackling crime, antisocial behaviour & rural crime

This year Cambridgeshire Police will receive a budget increase of 6.1% and an uplift of 206 officers. As your MP I will work closely with the Chief Constable to tackle key areas, including county lines drug dealing in our towns, antisocial behaviour, rural crime and domestic violence.

Having already discussed policing priorities here with the Chief Constable I am well aware of the challenges the force faces, particularly with regards to resources. As such I will champion a change to the funding formula that currently sees Cambridgeshire receive a smaller share than other forces.
