It was a real pleasure to make my BBC debut on Politics East this morning for the first show in their new studio. It was great to sit down with Amelia Reynolds for some really important discussions regarding Natural England and their impact upon large infrastructure projects such as the Norwich Western Link connecting the Broadland Northway with the A47 where a super colony of Barbastelle bats is being protected, potentially causing the £274m project to be halted as well as the impact upon new housing via the enforcement of nutrient neutrality legislation as well as discussion around the ever broadening responsibilities of local councils.
