This weekend I was able to attend the annual Gransden Show. Gransden and District Agricultural Society put on an incredible showpiece event and is one of an ever-dwindling number of county shows.
Having the opportunity to speak to so many local businesses and organisations from the agriculture and rural industries sector in one place presented a fantastic opportunity to discuss everything from farming to rural crime. Thank you to all those who took the time to chat with me.
Whilst the boundary changes at the next election will see Great Gransden move to the neighbouring constituency of St Neots and Mid-Cambridgeshire it is still a vital platform for so many of our local businesses to showcase what they have to offer. I'll be certain to come back next year.
