Following the civil unrest and disorder we’ve seen across the country over the past week I was asked to attend a meeting this afternoon with Huntingdon’s Muslim Community, local leaders and our Neighbourhood policing team from Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
An enormously important meeting that reassured local residents, addressed both immediate concerns and broader questions and gave confidence regarding future response.
