With widespread reports of North Korean troops training in Russia, poised to enter the conflict in Ukraine, I asked the Secretary of State for Defence, John Healey, for the Government’s current assessment of the scope of North Korea’s involvement and how it may affect our posture.
Rather than answer the question or address the concerns raised, the Defence Secretary churlishly referred to his earlier answer that had neither given the Government’s current assessment, nor how it may affect our posture.
